Shopping in Mallorca for the First Timers - The Best Boutiques and Towns to Shop
If you’re heading to Mallorca and wondering where to find the best boutique stores and what’s actually worth buying, you’re in the right place. This guide about shopping in Mallorca got you covered! Mallorca is packed with all kinds of charming little shops, from local handmade goods to trendy fashion and unique designer pieces. Whether you’re after a one-of-a-kind souvenir or just want to treat yourself, shopping here feels like a treasure hunt — and trust me, you’ll find some real gems!
Where to shop in Mallorca?
Palma de Mallorca
The best places to shop in Palma de Mallorca are Avenida Jaime III and Paseo del Borne — and the best part is, everything’s super close together, so it’s easy to hop from store to store. In Palma, you’ll find a great mix of shops, from big names like Zara, Louis Vuitton, and Bimba & Lola, to smaller Spanish brands I love, like Agua de Baleares and Desigual. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re after a luxury splurge or a cool local find!
Soller
I love shopping in the smaller villages and towns, where life moves at a slower pace and you’ll find lots of local brands and beautiful artisanal products. Sóller is especially charming — it’s famous for its historic tramway that runs right through the center. The town has such an amazing atmosphere, with narrow streets, little cafés, and sunny plazas. When I’m in Sóller, I always stop by Alameda Shop, tucked near the main plaza and the cathedral — it’s one of my favorite spots for finding unique local treasures! You’ll find there many other amazing stores.
I also love shopping in Bali Living, they don’t have a stationary store in Mallorca, but you can pick up your order in Can Picafort, near Alcudia. You can DM them on Instagram or write a comment to your order! My beautiful raffia bag is from that store (on the photos below).

Port de Soller
Port de Sóller is like the seaside sister to Sóller, set along a beautiful stretch of coastline with a relaxed promenade by the sea. It’s the perfect spot for a stroll, and you’ll find plenty of lovely stores lined up along the waterfront. Three of my favorites are Cas Siquier, known for its authentic Mallorcan craftsmanship, Afra, where you can shop gorgeous clothes and accessories, and La Minotte. It’s the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time just wandering, browsing, and soaking up the view.

ALCUDIA OLD TOWN
In the old town of Alcúdia, you’ll find plenty of small, beautiful boutiques tucked away in the charming streets. One of my favorites is Agua de Baleares, where the scents and perfumes are absolutely amazing. You’ll also come across lots of lovely souvenir shops selling ceramics, olive oil, and other local goodies. The old town itself is super picturesque — it’s the perfect place to spend a slow afternoon exploring and picking up a few special finds.

ARTA
Babam Casa is a beautiful boutique tucked away in the heart of Artà, and it’s one of those places that feels like a real hidden gem. Inside, you’ll find a carefully curated collection of ceramics and raffia products, all crafted with a lot of love and attention to detail.

SES SALINES
Ses Salines is home to some lovely local boutiques and souvenir shops. My favorite is Cassai Home & Fashion, right next to it you’ll find Cassai Gran Café (a boho restaurant in a mint barn). I also love Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc for beautiful artisanal products, including salt and perfumes. And don’t forget to check out La Recoba for local printed clothing, artisan jewelry, and home artwork.

DEIA & VALLDEMOSSA
In the picturesque towns of Deià and Valldemossa, you'll find a mix of designer and luxury stores offering artisanal and local products. In Deià, be sure to visit Ceramics by Joanna for beautiful handmade Mallorcan pottery. In Valldemossa, I recommend CastaRosa for an authentic selection of teas, and Mimosa for lovely clothes and jewelry.

My Favorite Markets in Mallorca
The markets in Mallorca are a fantastic place to shop for fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers, and local produce like cheese and sausages. You’ll also find beautiful handicrafts, leather bags, and jewelry. Each town has its own market day, so here’s a handy guide:
Monday: Caimari, Calvia, Manacor
Tuesday: Alcudia, Artà
Wednesday: Santanyí, Sineu, Bunyola, Campos, Felanitx
Thursday: Ses Salines
Friday: Llucmajor, Son Servera
Saturday: Santanyí, Cala Rajada, Campos, Palma, Sóller
Sunday: Alcudia, Pollença, Consell (Flea Market), Llucmajor, Porto Cristo, Santa Maria del Cami
Make sure to check out the markets on the right day for a truly authentic shopping experience!
